Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to feel great in your knitwear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer complimentary exchanges and accept returns with a $20 restocking fee to support our made-to-order production model. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Where are your pieces made?

Each garment is thoughtfully crafted in New York, where our production partners share our commitment to quality, detail, and ethical manufacturing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each piece is made to order, please allow 10–14 days from the time your payment is processed for your garment to be completed and shipped.

We believe in taking the time to do things right — and we promise it’s worth the wait.

How should I care for my garment?

Caring for your knitwear properly helps preserve its softness, shape, and longevity.

We recommend knitwear-specific soap designed to clean gently without damaging fine fibers — Unicorn Clean and Eucalan are our recommended choices.

Cashmere & Merino Wool: Hand-wash in cool water using a gentle detergent. Avoid scrubbing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping as needed.
Cotton & Viscose: For best results, hand-wash as above — or use a cold, gentle machine cycle. Lay flat to dry to prevent stretching or distortion.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart tailored to that specific garment’s fit, so you can shop with confidence. If you need help deciding, we’re more than happy to assist — just reach out!
