Exchanges

We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges to ensure you find the right fit or color.

No fees.
We’ll cover shipping on your new item.
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you in arranging the exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, scents (like cologne, perfume, or deodorant), and any signs of wear.

We want every piece to feel just right — and we’re here to make that happen.

Returns

We understand that sometimes, something just doesn’t feel quite right — and that’s okay. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Because each piece is made to order with care, returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee to help support our mindful production process.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, deodorant marks, or lingering scents like perfume or cologne.
